Big boost in performance on AMD with latest Windows 11 update

Microsoft just released a new patch for Windows 11 version 22H2 and 23H2 which boost performance significantly on AMD processors even on older Ryzen generations. Some users claim to get upward 20% more framerate depending on games. Synthetic benchmarks showing between 4% and 10% increase in scores also.
